Jazz Chisholm Removed from Game Monday in Kansas City

KANSAS CITY — After a slide in the sixth inning on a steel of third, Jazz Chisholm was removed from the game, with what the Yankees called “neck tightness”

The slide into third looked uncomfortable, and there was some jawing with Maikel Garcia, who the Yankees have history with.

Jazz spoke to reporters after the game and said he did not like the tag, but he expects to be back in the lineup tomorrow.

Manager Aaron Boone echoed what Jazz said.
